Why we love this Wine
Plenty of fish in the sea, but we wish more of them were of this splashy sort. The 2022 Harcourt Shiraz proudly displays the results of some hard yakka poured into rejuvenating the vineyard, a cool, elevated site in Harcourt North not far from Bendigo. The wine is spicy, chiselled and mineral, a textbook example of what cooler climate Shiraz can be.
