Mystic Shiraz from Dom Torzi showing fruit from Angaston and Mt Mckenzie in Barossa. It’s easy, fresh and elegant pooling characters of black cherry, spice and a pinch of whole-bunchy and floral high notes. Some frenchy oak in the background and a good fine tannin going the distance.
