We're blushing, giggling, crushing, hardcore. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Pretty in pink, pure and plucky, this stunning wine from Torzi Matthews is named in homage to his mother, and it certainly tastes of love. Wearing a cloud of perfume, musky and full, with white cherries and a hint of aniseed on the palate. Don't mistake pink for saccharine; there's spicy acidity, crunching texture and oodles of dry, chalky complexity here. A lip-smacker.
