This pretty little prize gleams green in the right light, hinting at its herbaceous character, alongside fresh stonefruit and grapefruit. Fresh to death. A little nougat nuttiness. From Sicily with love, and a lot of that famed volcanic character from the Northern slope of Mount Etna. Traditional and tasty.
