Why we love this Wine
One of the star wineries of the Yarra Valley. Half de-stemmed and naturally fermented in open top wooden fermenters, this wine was then pressed to French oak for eight months, and bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Bright fruits, red cherries and a herbal twist. Smoke and spice and everything nice.
