An energetic sparkling with that moreish Champagne nose you seek in a highbrow French fizzer. That briochey, yeasty smoky thing is omnipresent, while the Chardy and Pinot Noir combo delivers creamy bubbles, acid, apple and nuts before a bone dry finish. Made by Benedicte and Stéphane Tissot, two larger than life producers doing the Jura justice.
