Sometimes hard to comprehend. Other times, perfect sense. Jolting and thought-provoking wine that’s never quite the same each visit. From clay soils with racy acidity, left to dry out under a 'flor' yeast veil or ‘voile’ to make this insane concentration of flavours. It’s hugely opulent yet all in check. Take your time. Seriously.
