Why we love this Wine
The Rosé we never saw coming from stalwart Barossan producer Tim Smith. Giving into prime seasonal conditions in the region, we’re thanking our lucky stars for this one. Tim’s made his first Rosé in a dry style from 100% Mataro, leaning towards an earthy, savoury profile with grapefruit and spice for good measure. Chill it right down and enjoy as your next BBQ companion.
