Why we love this Wine
Yarra Valley Pinot Noir gets a shake up. This has unexpected density and a fleshy mid-palate, with concentrated blue and red fruits. A hint of reduction on the nose, opening into earthy spice and violets. Candied orange peels and ginger. 70% whole bunch, 22 days on skins, 25% new French oak. A big ol' yes.
