A white with plenty for us to talk about. Arneis with 36 hours of pre-ferment skin contact, and a 100% seasoned barrel indigenous yeast ferment. The results are luscious but crisply mineral, with delectable fine texture. Punchy aromas: nashi pear, green melons, white flowers.
