Why we love this Wine
White wine with the soul of a red? You've got our attention, and kept it. Semillon with a dash of Chardonnay, served orange and aromatic. Uber-floral on the nose— hibiscus, chamomile, chrysanthemum. 2 weeks on skins was followed by a nine-month élevage in old French barrels. There's an intriguing and scrumptious slightly sour note of creme fraiche or sourdough, rounding out all the blossom splendidly. Gold star.
