Why we love this Wine
Craig reckons the Mourvedre fruit is looking incredible this year, with wonderful balance and structure - and we’re inclined to agree. Undergoing full malolactic ferment, it’s unfined and lightly filtered for extra clarity. Tastes of just-picked blackberries and raspberries, with grippy tannin and so much poise. Like wandering through the lavender-lined garden paths of a French chateau.
