Why we love this Wine
Lyon based chef Paul Bocuse was dubbed 'the pope of gastronomy' and "Large Soif" pays homage to the 'great thirst' that French cuisine certainly brings out in many of us. This is certainly the most quenching of blends; Chardonnay, Chenin and Cabernet Franc fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Light, refreshing and a must-try for all you Francophiles.
