Why we love this Wine
Terra Vita Vinum: we came, we drank, we bloody loved it (translation questionable...). 87% Chardonnay, 13% Cabernet Franc, approached with the ancestral method and fermented to a point of 0g/L residual sugar. Finely beaded bubbly, ready to drink young and crisp, aperitif style. Vin de France by way of Anjou Noir, uber refreshing and proudly 'not-Champagne'.
