Here is a stunning wine from The 'Tiers Vineyard', the oldest block of Chardonnay planted in the Adelaide Hills, established in 1979. Elegant and refined, showing great detail, precision and drive with pure white peach and nectarine characters, almond paste, struck flint, white floral flourishes and soft spice along with French oak nuance. It’s a beautifully composed wine finishing tight, vivid and long.
