Hell yes. Lambrusco grapes grown by the Chalmers family get a traditional transformation in this deep pink fizz. Playful pop, but it's serious business. Whole bunches go straight into the press, then it's a cool ferment in stainless steel with natural yeasts. Next stop oak puncheon, final destination a secondary ferment on lees in the bottle. Disgorged in Feb, expect cranberry tartness and jubey cherry cola.
