Tampopo was born on the streets of Sydney, but source grapes from across NSW, picking from plum sites across Orange, Hilltops and Tumbarumba. Specky spots with cooler climes, translating into brightly flavoured, higher acid reds and whites alike. Here, the best of both worlds: Pinot Gris joining Pinot Noir in a stunning light blend, packing in red fruit aromas (think cherry and raspberry) with just a hint of earthy spice and rhubarb freshness.
