Why we love this Wine

Champagne for Champagne lovers. Equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Chiseled and taut, it’s a wine of great structure and complexity. Nervy edged and amazingly mineral in texture with intense acidity and a penetrating bead. Elegant grapefruit, peach and flint. Lay one down if it survives the festive season. Real wow here.
