A wine that doesn’t pull its punches—bold yet refined. 100% Jaen (that's Mencia to you buddy) from the Iberian Peninsula. We'd argue it's one of the best expressions you'll find in all of Portugal, with its bright, perfectly ripe red cherry, deeper plums and distinctive pepper. Juicy black fruits make up the core of the palate, with a lifted olive tapenade note to go with it. Velvet tannin, primo structure and an all-round nice time.
