Firecracker red, goes off. Adam Foster’s Syrahmi Demi Shiraz has attention to detail in every sip. 70% whole bunch gives interesting lift, while the tailored blend of Shiraz fruit from three separate Heathcote sites brings a lot of dimension. We love the classic red fruit flavours paired with slightly saline black olive and soy, with a little smokey gunpowder and earthy aroma.
