From hand-selected Frankland River Riesling and two of Swinney's oldest blocks, this is purposefully made to be laser-like and precise. Rested on lees to build a little texture too, the aromas sing of kaffir lime, lemon zest and chalkiness. Wild acidity and tension wrapped in lime zest, lemon and florals. The epitome of that zippy stye.
