Sven Joschke has got his hands on some single-vineyard 30-year-old vines, lovely chardonnay fruit, and gone down the handpicked, wild-barrel-ferment path here. Unfined and unfiltered. It’s full of glorious stone fruit, citrus and flinty notes. Very chic. Keen to see what’s next? Same. We’ll keep you posted.
