Why we love this Wine
Soave can be, you know, pretty suave (sorry new dad humour is rife round Sometimes Always right now). Anyway, this comes from a high site in the lauded Classico region. It’s subtle yet textured, incredibly balanced and full of herbs and aromatics, with minerality and unmistakable salinity. Not boring, hence the bottle. Real invigorating.
