Why we love this Wine
This one has us seeing stars alright. It's aromatic and spicy as you breathe it in, with jammy blueberries and dried cherries. Tassie Pinot Noir is always a treat, but here in a blend with Shiraz there's heft and gusto— generous fruit and a fresh feeling, Chinese five spices, and Sichuan pepper. Served alongside something uber umami (ie. Peking Duck) we'd die and ascend starward ourselves.
