Why we love this Wine
Slow ripening Vermentino is a hardy match for the high slopes of Koonunga Hill, and the grippy, fleshy texture delivered here makes for a seriously lip-smacking drinking experience. Whole-bunch fermented after six hours on skins, it's waves of waxy lemon and white blossom. Finishing with just a lick of salt, this is bracing, brazen and zippy.
