Why we love this Wine
Can't choose between Pinot Noir and Syrah? Have both, with this half-half blend from 3 excellent sites in the Tamar Valley. Like you'd expect, this is very pretty; red fruits, mountain herbs, flowers. An absolute garden party of a wine, but then the Shiraz contributes structural depth and suddenly it's a serious(ly good) affair. All parcels fermented separately 2 weeks, raised in barrel 9mo, and bottled in March 2023.
