Ben Caldwell and Mauricio Ruiz Cantú deliver their take on barrel-fermented rosé, in its easiest-drinking form. With sour cherries and fresh melon up front, then some tart dry finish on the end, it delivers aperitif-like freshness. Texture and vitality, roundness and intrigue. This has it all.
