Why we love this Wine
Everybody needs a Chardonnay of this nature in their wine rack, always. Full-bodied, rich and spicy, this will satisfy those buttery Chardy lovers often hard to please. A low-yielding year in the Adelaide Hills, this fruit sourced from high up in Kenton Valley was full of flavour when hand-picked. Gently foot-stomped and basket-pressed into French oak for ferment, with 18 months on lees to build texture and balance the ripe tropical fruits. Juicy.
