We think of this as slow wine, perfect for slowing down with. Winemaker Ryan Horaczko takes a traditional, minimal intervention approach with fruit from Quartz Hill Vineyard in Victoria's Pyrenees. Single vineyard and organically farmed, handpicked and wild fermented. Expect blackberries and fennel seed on the nose, with Sichuan pepper and blueberries unfolding toward a long, elegant finish. Simply stunning.
