A super-detailed single vineyard Shiraz rosé from Solum. Rose-petals, fennel and strawberries make up a powerful blend of aromas, before this wine hits the palate with medium weight heft. There's a certain fullness and acid that carries through to a soft finish, just stellar stuff. Minimal intervention, aged in French oak (6 months), full malolactic fermentation. Delicious as a dinner wine, an aperitivo hour wine, a just about any reason wine.
