Why we love this Wine
Hands down, one of the best Chardonnays coming out of Mornington Peninsula. Ryan Horaczko takes a minimal intervention approach in crafting his single vineyard gems, with the Chardy undergoing French oak maturation (20% of that being new) and partial malo. We're left to enjoy all the carefully coaxed lemon balm, nectarine and nougat, a wine that 'speaks of place' (if you'll forgive the phrase).
