Why we love this Wine
Chilly Forreston in the Adelaide Hills produces some of the most expressive Sauvignon Blanc you can get, and we shouldn't have to say it, but this isn't the bad rep Savvy from days of yore, this is textural, tropical and fresh. Destemmed and left on skins five days, then pressed to an egg, a new puncheon, two old barriques & a stainless tank before a 9 month rest on full solids. Super slick stuff.
