Why we love this Wine
If someone had never tried Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, this would be a revelatory place to start. Elegant but with pronounced flavour, bottled by gravity (believed to be gentler on the wine than actively pumping it, reducing oxidation, etc.). It's certainly a vibrant Pinot, bright with cherries, orange zest and satisfying meatiness. Soft on the finish, just so smooth.
