Why we love this Wine
Sourcing estate fruit from two closely planted blocks rising from volcanic soils, this cohesive little wine reveals plenty more than the sum of its parts. Raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb and that enchanting, earthy forest floor goodness are no accident. Twelve ultra low-yielding clones and a year on full lees in French oak shape a precious, broody Tassie Pinot laced in gritty tannin.
