Why we love this Wine
Intricate and complex Chardonnay from Tassie’s northern region of Piper’s Brook - and a star producer. Planting nine low-yielding clones in cosy proximity on the Sinapius estate, wild ferment, french oak and full malo set up a peachy, citrusy, nutty profile with hints of oyster shell that traverses the expanses of the vineyard, and orchard to the maritime influence of the nearby Bass Strait. A real high flyer.
