Sigurd turning their hand to a sparkling wine, yes please. Piccadilly Valley delivering crunchy Granny Smith apples, pear, walnuts. There's 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay joining forces here. On the palate it opens with a lengthy, textural weight. Elegant and poised, a fitting homage to winemaker Dan's grandmother, the so-named Joan.
