Why we love this Wine
Spritzy, coastal, summer white. Fiano does well in McLaren Vale, and this is one of its shiniest iterations. Fully destemmed, fermented cool and slow in tank, with pressings wild fermented in seasoned oak before being blended back in. Gardenia, white peach, fresh citrus. Splash a capful in your mignonette and enjoy a condensated glass alongside oysters. Charmed, we're sure.
