Why we love this Wine
This is not a drill, dry Moscato is in. Fermented to the point of dryness, organically cultivated Moscato Bianco makes for an elegant and aromatic still white, medium bodied and distinctive. Fruit undergoes 2 days of skin maceration before a natural, cool ferment in stainless steel. This is later transfered to Tava Amphorae to finish the ferment and enjoy 9 months of ageing. That small skin contact is sufficient to unlock max aroma, funky and floral and airy.
