Why we love this Wine
Few things bring to a celebration what a fizzing red can do. They're ostentatious, they add a sense of occasion with their spectacular red fruits. This non-disgorged Lambrusco Grasparossa by Sebastian Van der Sype has raspberry and strawberry on the nose, hitting the palate with dry refreshment. From Emilia Romagna, in North-Central Italy, this is cheery enough to serve from breakfast onwards (Though we'd never condone such behaviour, special occasions only, of course.).
