Why we love this Wine

Here’s a drop-dead gorgeous off-dry Chenin Blanc from one of the Loire Valley young guns that we really love. The tension and interplay between fruit and acidity is bang on here. Aromas and flavours of green apple and stone-fruits with hints of lanolin, honeysuckle, grilled nuts & softly-spoken oak spice. Finely composed with great precision and underlying mineral verve and sherbetty, porcelain acid drive.
