When Nightfall comes, Clarete comes out to play. Red and white in all its might, half the Tempranillo is co-fermented with the Chardonnay in classic Clarete style. Tempranillo guides the colour, body and texture, while you’ll get a little of that lemon and peach from the Chardonnay intermingling with the Temp’s spice and cherry. Delectable after dark.
