Why we love this Wine
From an unusual clone of Chardonnay (entav84 for fellow nerds playing at home), this whole-bunch-pressed expression is ripping with lemon rind and stone fruits, lush and creamy with fine tannins. Everything farmed with organic and/or biodynamic principles, muscle-driven winemaking, shovel and fork, siphon and gravity. No adds, light in alcohol. It’s good stuff from an Adelaide Hills up-and-comer.
