Why we love this Wine
Made in Ashton among good like-minded company, James Madden works with organic Adelaide Hills growers and a real ‘less is more’ energy. Less is heaps. Whole bunchy and carbonic macerated Tempranillo meets whole bunch and de-stemmed Shiraz, aged on fine lees. The Spaniard brings the tannin, spicy red fruit and acid while the shiraz rounds out the mouthfeel with juicy purple fruit goodness.
