Why we love this Wine
In the Cilento National Park, on land where Ancient Greeks first planted Fiano in Magna Grecia, San Salvatore has been farming organically since 1988. The Porconero is hand-harvested from south-facing vineyards toward the Gulf of Salerno — soft pressed, brief cold maceration for aromatics, lees aged in steel. Jasmine, green apple, white peach, and a briny saltwater finish. Toga not included.
