Fiano thrives in sun-drenched Puglia, ripening slowly while retaining fresh acid and intense aroma. From Produttori di Manduria, this is a slick, steely take on an ancient grape that has grown in the hills of Campania for well over 2000 years. There's texture, there’s energy, and frankly there’s some darn excellent value—this is one of the sharpest affordable whites to be had, a zippy, stone fruit-packed match for carefree dinners and the turn of the season.
