Talented winemaker Salvatore Marino farms these bush vines by hand, following the lunar calendar and respecting the biodiversity of his little patch of southeastern Sicily. This is his 100% Catarratto, with a lick of skin contact. A wild ferment and a light/medium wine of golden yellow beauty. White flowers and Mediterranean herbs, zinging with acid.
