Why we love this interesting drink
Wine-based, but not wine. Rather, an elixir of marigolds and sunshine. This honey-sweetened Fiano base slides down like some fairy's tonic, an Amaro that's infused with apricots and smoke, coriander seed, grapefruit pith and burnt oranges. Aged in old oak previously used for Pinot, this is the little back-pocket bevy that lends itself to a sun-kissed moment, anytime, anywhere.
