Why we love this interesting drink
There are many colours in which to take one's vermouth, but this one is a mood. Just the right dusty, cheery red, this 'house vermouth' just feels slinky and stylish before you even sip it. But sip and it's fruit forward and begging for maybe a slice of orange and some ice. Americanos perhaps? Dave Verheul is a chef turned aperitif specialist, and his touch is so special with his single-ingredient led flavour profiles. Saison is a big yes.
