Small batch Melbourne Vermouth made to be drunk with gusto, as suggested by its vessel. Its notable ingredients are organic, unripe walnuts and leaves, wormwood and chamomile, roasted barley and dried cumquat, each of which make their mark on the elaborate result. Epic in length and moreishly bitter.
