Why we love this Wine
Devilish tannins are acknowledged on the label here, and they're as wicked as advertised. This is a style that promises juicy freshness in the form of black cherries, red earth and cedar. Behind the fruit is a bed of toasted nori, frankincense, paprika and clove. Every sip offers new dimension, and we suspect it'll only continue to unfurl with a few years in the bottle. Cellar at least one.
